The Man Lounge Chair was designed by Knut Bendik Humlevik & Rune Krøjgaard for Norr 11.
Norwegian Knut Bendik Humlevik and Danish Rune Krøjgaard are the backbone of design at Norr 11, a young manufacturer that rethinks classics into new icons. The company's design roots are firmly borne out of the Danish modern era, although influence from as far as Ancient China to Bauhaus is exhibited in the brand's portfolio.
The Man Lounge Chair is an obvious nod to mid-century design. The chair is unashamedly minimalist, using soft, clean lines and high-quality natural materials. This armless chair is a highly versatile, exceedingly comfortable seat. Perfect for meetings, reading or simply lounging around on, the main frame is constructed in stainless steel with a stretched canvas fabric that makes up the back and seat. The two aniline leather cushions have been meticulously sewn and contain quality filling that is guaranteed to keep its shape for many years.
This iconic piece of seating measures 67(W) x 75(H) x 74(D) cm and has a relaxed seat height of 37cm. The chair is ideally used in conjunction with the Man Lounge Ottoman from the same range.
