Your return documents

In the event of a return, we will be happy to provide you with the necessary documents for your return, which you can access using the form below.

Please enter your order number and the email address you used when placing your order in the corresponding fields and submit the form. You will then receive an email with your returns form and parcel label.

Please note that for orders shipped to you as a parcel from November 5, 2025 onward, we will also charge return shipping costs. These amount to 5 EUR / CHF 5 and will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: The parcel stamp is not valid for freight transport items. For larger returns, please contact our customer service department by phone or email.
