The Polli Rug 300x200cm has been created by Simon Legald for the brand Normann Copenhagen. Danish industrial designer Legald describes his approach to design as honest with Nordic simplicity. This approach, his talent, and his tendency to experiment lead him to design pieces that are visually striking and at the same time simple. This is exemplified in the Polli Rug 300x200cm. It is made entirely out of recycled polyester, polyethylene terephthalate 'PET' collected from used plastic bottles. The rug's balanced tones and tightly woven PET yarn add warmth, texture and interest to a space. The rugs are woven into subtle, mottled patterns that work with any kind of decor or design theme. It comes in earthy tones of dark grey or sand with subtle shades of blue and green in between.

The Polli Rug 300x200cm has a length of 300cm and a width of 200cm. It is a rug that will last you a long time because of the way the plastic waste is processed. It is first processed into short fibers which are then spun into a fine yarn that is used to weave the rug. This makes it very durable, easy to maintain and minimises shedding.
