The pompous and exceptional Bau Pendant suspension lamp is a true piece of art by designer Vibeke Fonnesberg Schmidt. She created it for the Danish manufacturer Normann Copenhagen in the year 2010.
Bau Pendant is a suspension light with a shape defined by circular geometrical constructions, which is a typical element for the Danish designer.
Not only the unique design, also the material features with its lacquered beech wood are extraordinary and make the Bau Pendant a design lamp with a bold character.
The circular shapes seem to be protruding wildly, but are firmly fixed in a rigid order with linear patterns. This deliberate disharmony gives the Bau Pendant light a very lively personality and an attraction that is hard to resist. The Bau Pendant lamp simply wants to be seen and be the center of attention - a wish easily fulfilled... It is especially suited for unconventional interiors, for people that love the exceptional!
