Product description

The Rime Suspension Lamp Ø 18cm has been created by TAF Studio for the brand Muuto. Its design is inspired by the shape of acorns. It is represented in the shape of the shade.

The Rime Suspension Lamp Ø 18cm has a mouthblown glass shade finished with sandblasting. This way of etching glass gives it a tactile frosted look. The shade has the shape of a flat orb which replicates that of the acorns that inspired the design. The top of it has a round canopy made of powder-coated aluminium. It conceals wires and supports a PVC cable that suspends the lamp from the ceiling. The lamp casts a soft, white light that is dimmable.

The Rime Suspension Lamp Ø 18cm has a height of 22cm, a width of 18cm and a diameter of 18cm. It has a length of 18cm and its cable is 400cm long. It is available in a selection of neutral and bright colours of cables that match the canopy. It can be used to create different designs. For instance, it can be mounted in a line, arch or circle over a kitchen or dining table or in an entryway. This can be done with lamps that have matching or contrasting colours to create an aesthetic effect.
