Product description

The Relevo New Zealand Wool Rug 200x300cm has been created by Studio Pepe for the renowned label Muuto. It was inspired by the designers' quest to create a rug that could hold its own in terms of style. The sculpturesque design of this rug ensures it can do that.

The Relevo New Zealand Wool Rug 200x300cm is made of a blend of 80% New Zealand wool and 20% cotton. The backing on the underside is made from 100% cotton. This makes it warm, strong and hardwearing. Its design is a play on lines. One end of the rectangular rug has straight lines with curved lines that gradually increase in size on the other end of it. The rounded corners of the rug enhance this effect. All of the lines, whether straight or curved are furrowed which is inspired by the lines that are seen on freshly ploughed land. The overall effect of this indenting and the different variations of the lines add up to a rug that can be aptly described as sculptured just as the designers' intended.

The Relevo New Zealand Wool Rug 200x300cm has a length of 300cm, a width of 200cm and a height of 1cm. It comes in neutral and earth-toned colours.
