Product description

The Shibui 186 Suspension Lamp has been created by Søren Refsgaard for the brand Le Klint. This lamp will hang from your ceiling with sophistication and elegance. It casts light through a white shade that has a unique, pleated look. It looks like it is made of fabric but the shade is actually made of plastic that has been shaped into evenly sized pleats. It has a dome shape at the top and the same inverted shape at the bottom that has a plate made of black lacquered aluminium. The top has a small opening where the suspension cable goes through.

The Shibui 186 Suspension Lamp comes in three sizes. The smallest one has a height of 20cm and a diameter of 28cm while the medium one has a height of 27cm and a diameter of 38cm. The largest lamp has a height of 33cm and a diameter of 48cm. The lamp uses an E27 socket. While you can use a light source of your choice, the manufacturer recommends using an LED bulb. This is to avoid the shade becoming overheated. The Shibui 186 Suspension Lamp is available in white.
