The stool was designed in 2000 and its distinctive character was inspired by the Lunar Excursion Module that landed man on the Moon. This is represented in the stool's minimalist, uncluttered silhouette. This height-adjustable stool has a swivel seat that is made from austenitic sandblasted stainless steel. The edges of the seat are extended downwards to form a footrest. The seat rests on a stem that is supported on a round base. It has a metallic frame also made of stainless steel that is finished in matte chrome to match the seat.
