The Planner™ MC500 Shelf has been created by Paul McCobb for the brand Fritz Hansen. Planner took its name from its ability to reorganise domestic space. The idea behind this shelving system was to democratise ergonomic storage, putting high-quality, adaptable options within the reach of ordinary people. The MC500 shelf and related products therefore offer a range of solutions for all kinds of home storage challenges.

Aesthetically, the Planner™ MC500 Shelf is marked by extreme simplicity. The shelves themselves are made from natural oak, while they sit inside a slender black steel frame. This model features three shelving levels with a small space underneath. It could be used almost anywhere in the home, from holding plants and ornaments in the living room, to keeping record collections neat and tidy. In any case, it combines simple design with strength and total convenience.

The Planner™ MC500 Shelf unit measures 120.7cm wide, is 84.4cm high and 38.1cm deep. It can be used on its own, but also offers outstanding versatility when combined with other Planner shelving products, providing a handy way to simplify interior clutter and turn chaotic spaces into well organised places to relax. It also combines well with Planner Coffee Tables from the same designer.
