Product description

The Spokes 2 Small LED Suspension Lamp has been created by Garcia Cumini for the brand Foscarini. Spanish designer Vicente García Jiménez and Italian designer Cinzia Cumini combine their heritages and their talent to design pieces that are joyful, poetic and unique. The Spokes 2 Small LED Suspension Lamp is a fine example, mixing functionality and playful aesthetics.

Inspired by the look of bicycle wheels, this pendant lamp has a rounded shade made from a series of equally spaced opaque epoxy powder-varnished steel spokes. The slender size and spacing of the spokes gives the lamp a light, airy feel, while the diffuser is attached to the upper part of the lamp by a pair of ABS/polycarbonate discs. At the base, the designers have added an aluminium module containing a pair of LED boards and a diffuser. A stainless steel cable and a transparent electric cable connect the lamp to power sources without detracting from the design.

The Spokes 2 Small LED Suspension Lamp has a height of 35cm and a diameter of 34cm. It has a suspension height of 340cm and a canopy diameter of 21cm, and is available in white, copper and graphite colours.
