Product description

The Almendra S2 Y LED Suspension Lamp Short has been created by Patricia Urquiola for the brand Flos. In an attempt to be more environmentally conscious, this lamp has parts that have been joined together without the use of any glue at all. This is to ensure that the parts can be detached and recycled.

The Almendra S2 Y LED Suspension Lamp Short has a soft curve that forms a Y-shape. It has two shades on either side of it that are reminiscent of open almond nut shells. The shades are suspended from tubes made of aluminium. It is possible to adjust their position upwards or downwards to create different effects. This is done in increments of 60º which changes the direction in which light is being cast. The lamp has built-in Edge Lighting technology in the ceiling rose that makes it possible to dim it using various dimming systems. This includes 1-10V, Push and Dali dimming.

The Almendra S2 Y LED Suspension Lamp Short has a height of 17.5cm, a length of 132.6cm and a depth of 75.9cm. Its diffuser has a diameter of 76cm. Its cable has a length of 280cm. It is available in a selection of colours that have a metallic finish.
