The discreet HeatUp Patio Heater was devised for the international design logo Eva Solo.
Eva Solo was officially launched in 1977. It was during this time that the former owner Erik Mangor partnered with Ole Palsby to develop the 3 ground-breaking series of pans and pots popularly known as Trio. Over the years, together with its brand designers, Eva Solo has won more than 200 Danish and international prizes such as Good Design Awards and iF Product Design Awards. The idea of mixing different series was the starting point for the company's innovative cookware and lighting accessories including this HeatUp Patio Heater.
Bringing warmth into outdoor settings, the electric infrared elements of the patio heater makes it safer and more effective than typical gas heaters. The radiant heat is directed to the area around the heater rather than dissipating out. Made from aluminium and plastic, the HeatUp Patio Heater is characterized by three heat settings, an 11cm diameter and a height of 111cm. It gains power enough to heat above and below a patio bench within just five seconds. With a smaller carbon footprint, the HeatUp is ten times more economical that most gas heaters.
