The Altorfer Model 1144 Garden Bar Stool has been created by Huldreich Altorfer for the brand Embru. To ensure the high standards the brand aspires for, products have been produced in Rüti, Switzerland for more than 100 years. This is how products like the Altorfer Model 1144 Garden Bar Stool are made to impeccable standards. It has a frame made of steel pipes and a seat made of PVC cables that are wrapped tightly around the frame. The PVC cables are close together to form a secure seat and then a bit further apart towards the edges of the stool. The same steel bars run along and across the frame at the bottom to form footrests.

The Altorfer Model 1144 Garden Bar Stool has a length of 43cm, a width of 43cm and a height of 78cm. It has a seat height of 78cm. It comes in a broad selection of colours including dusky pink, ash grey, traffic yellow, grey blue, pine green, light blue, light green, traffic red, graphite black, wine red and traffic white. This versatile piece can be used for extra seating or to hold food or drink. Gliders under the legs protect the surface that the stool is placed on.
