Luta Bettonica was born in Milan, Italy in 1968. She started her career as designer by working with her father as soon as got her degree.
Her father Franco Bettonica and Mario Melocchi were together her masters and first designing partners.
In 1998, together with architect Giancarlo Leone, she has opened her own studio in Milan, where she is involved in design and architecture.
She is designer and art director of Cini & Nils.
