Product description

The Aria Low Side Table has been created by Dögg Guðmundsdóttir for the brand Design House Stockholm. The designer named the table Aria to represent the opera and air itself. The rimmed tabletop appears to levitate over the frame and be suspended in the air.

This illusion on the Aria Low Side Table has been achieved with round, tapered legs that go a little above the tabletop. The legs, of which are three rather than the customary four, sit snuggly in cutouts at the edge of the table. The legs are joined to support bars that go under the table for added strength and durability. The table is made of solid oak and finished with high-quality Japanese dye that has been carefully applied in layers.

The Aria Low Side Table has a height of 37cm and a diameter of 50cm. It is available in neutral varnished colours or a natural wood finish. There are other sizes of the table in a similar design that can be used to create a nest of tables. This is a space-saving solution for small living rooms and living spaces like studio apartments.
