The Alodia Barstool 70cm was designed by American industrial designer and design strategist Todd Bracher for popular furniture brand Cappellini.
Bracher was born in New York in 1974 and raised on Long Island. He graduated from Pratt Institute in 1996 in the industrial design programme and won a Fulbright design fellowship, going on to earn his MFA in furniture and interior design at the Danmarks Designskole in 2000. He has been named 'the country's next great designer' by the New York Daily News and has won numerous awards for his design works, including the Red Dot Best Award.
The Alodia Barstool 70cm has a simple, minimalist appeal that complements both vibrant and neutral décor styles and works well in kitchens, bars and any other indoor room. This versatile barstool is constructed in robust metal and comes in a variety of contemporary shades. Standing at 60cm tall, 46cm wide, 54cm deep and with a seat height of 70cm, the stool is well proportioned, offering excellent support to the legs and back. At just 9.5kg in weight, the stool can be moved around easily and features a practical stacking feature that makes it easy to store several stools on top of each other for space saving.
