Product description

The Tolomeo Mega Parete Parchment Shade has been created by Giancarlo Fassina and Michele de Lucchi for the brand Artemide. Tolomeo lamps are known for their streamlined aesthetics and intelligently engineered cantilever designs. This wall lamp is no exception, providing flexible lighting for corridors, bedrooms, desks, and seating corners, while looking exceptional.

The Tolomeo Mega Parete Parchment Shade stands out due to its cantilever arm, which includes two aluminium segments. These segments are connected via stable hinge joints, with a wire mechanism adding extra control. They also link to a cup-shaped diffuser which can pivot freely to find the right angle. This diffuser is made from delicate but durable parchment, and casts a bright light downwards while avoiding glare.

The Tolomeo Mega Parete Parchment Shade measures 97cm, 100cm, or 102cm wide and has a diameter of 32cm, 36c, or 42cm, depending on which model is selected. All models have a height of 110cm and a cable length of 200cm. The lamp connects securely to interior walls via a small circular aluminium base, which also secures the cable. The light can be dimmed if desired, and the luminaire requires a single E27 bulb. Smaller Tolomeo Parete lamps are available and will complement the Mega Parete well.
