Stablight "C" Pendant Lamp

The Stablight "C" Pendant Lamp has been created by Arik Levy for the brand Artemide. It is crafted by hand which makes every piece unique. Its design which has layers of differently coloured glass sets it apart from the rest.

The Stablight "C" Pendant Lamp has a shade made of mouth-blown glass. It is created using an intricate process where glass-blowing pipes are used to shape and layer different coloured glass into one. This is done using handmade wooden moulds. Hot glass is poured into them to produce the final shape. The shade resembles a round bowl facing downwards. It is polished to give it a glossy finish. Inside, it has a dark, cylinder-shaped diffuser. It is overlaid with a transparent glass cover that leaves the diffuser on show adding an aesthetic effect with the contrast.

The Stablight "C" Pendant Lamp has a height of 17cm and a diameter of 21cm. It has a maximum suspension height of 217cm. It cannot be dimmed. It comes in a variety of colours. The lamp works with a GU10 socket and the bulb has to be purchased separately. One lamp will look great but a pair or cluster will have a greater visual impact.
