Megaron LED Floor Lamp

The Megaron LED Floor Lamp has been designed by Gianfranco Frattini for Artemide.

Founded in 1960 by aerospace engineer and university professor Ernesto Gismondi, Artemide is an Italian company that combines next-generation technology with practical design. An imaginative member of the design team, Gianfranco Frattini gained a degree in architecture but moved onto design when he failed to find good lighting for his own needs. Frattini, who passed away in 2004, enjoyed many collaborations with prestigious companies, and he designed this timeless lamp with Artemide; it has remained a favourite product over time.

The Megaron LED Floor Lamp is a classic example of minimalist design. A glossy finish lends a modern feel to the light which would look equally fitting in the home or in a business setting. The simple and elegant lamp is free standing and measures 182cm high and 35cm wide at the base. LED technology is used in this latest edition of the design and the brightness can be adjusted using the dimmer facility located on the body of the light. Illuminate areas in a room with this classic piece of design that will never show its age.
