Plissé Milk Frother

The Plissé Milk Frother has been created by Michele de Lucchi for the brand ALESSI. Sitting on a counter, its design elevates the look of a kitchen. The frother's shiny metallic jug enhances this effect.

The Plissé Milk Frother has a body made of thermoplastic resin that has evenly spaced pleats along its length. A stainless steel jug goes into it. It has a handle that has pleats matching those on the resin holder. The frother is set on small supports that give it a slip-free grip on the counter. An on/off switch is located on the side and below it is a dial that can be used to select the frother's functions. To froth milk, it only needs to be poured to the marked line based on four of the modes available. There is one for heating milk, another for making it frothy, frothing cold milk and for hot chocolate. The frother shuts itself off automatically when the function is complete. The frother's parts can be removed for cleaning and can safely be washed in a dishwasher.

The Plissé Milk Frother has a length of 17cm, a width of 12cm and a height of 22.5cm. It has a capacity of 350ml 0r 12 ounces. It comes in a selection of neutral and bright colours.
