The Plissé Electric Lemon Squeezer has been created by Michele de Lucchi for the brand Alessi. Italian architect and industrial designer Lucchi made a name for himself with innovative designs that were well ahead of his time. He was certainly innovative with the Plissé Electric Lemon Squeezer. This is one kitchen tool that is not only functional but also decorative with its stylish pleated exterior. It is made of thermoplastic resin with an insert of stainless steel. Even the spout that pours the juice out of the squeezer has been fashioned into a stylish feature of stainless steel. Other useful features are an integrated cable, an automated start/stop function and a non-slip base that will ensure that it remains stable during use. This unique squeezer comes with a cover that ensures dust and other contaminants do not get into the juicing area when it is not in use. Though it is called a lemon squeezer, it can also be used to squeeze oranges for a refreshing glass of fresh orange juice.

The Plissé Electric Lemon Squeezer has a height of 28cm and a diameter of 18.5cm. It is available in a selection of colours.
