Product description

The Ray Outdoor Armchair has been created by Henrik Rolff and Rasmus Fasting for the brand Woud. Ray is named due to its lightweight construction which allows the sun's rays to pass through. It's a stylish and extremely durable outdoor chair that will work well on terraces and balconies but can be used in virtually any outdoor setting.

The Ray Outdoor Armchair has a soft, playful design featuring curved elements that are a visual delight. The designers have used aluminium tubing for the frame as well as aluminium plate for the back and seat, a choice which ensures strength and keeps the weight down to 4.5kg. The armrests are slightly pressed outwards, while the seat and back are separated and both have notches cut into them to allow light to shine through.

The Ray Outdoor Armchair measures 51.2cm wide and 55cm deep, while it has a height of 79.4cm and a seat height of 45.5cm. The aluminium used in the chair has been powder coated in various tones, including jet black and bright pink. All are designed to withstand moisture and heat extremes and you can leave Ray chairs outside for long periods. They can also be stacked if needed, making storage simple.
