The Happy Bin S Paper Basket was created by Michel Charlot for the Vitra label. Imaginative, colourful, and cleverly designed, it will be ideal for many different spaces.

Charlot is a Swiss designer, who has become one of Vitra's key talents. Working out of Basel and Tokyo's Tama Art University, he consistently conjures up products which unify formal elegance and technical quality - and the Happy Bin S Paper Basket is an excellent case in point.

Made from polypropylene plastic and available in a variety of colours, the Happy Bin S Paper Basket lives up to its "happy" tag. With its whimsical shape and sinuous curves, it will liven up offices and studies, adding a ray of creativity to environments which can often feel a little sterile. The actual bin design is very simple. The Happy Bin S Paper Basket just features a 29.5cm tall bin, with a 23.5cm diameter lid, which can easily be removed. And the Happy Bin S Paper Basket comes with a nice wide aperture for refuse, whether you need to dispose of papers or food waste.
