The DCF02 Coffee Maker was produced by the Italian manufacturer Smeg.

Smeg was founded in 1948 by Vittorio Bertazonni. The company name stands for Smalterie Metallurgiche Emiliane Guastalla, which translates into English as the 'Guastalla Emilia Enamel Works'. The company is known for producing high-quality domestic appliances, especially its retro-style refrigerators.

The DCF02 Coffee Maker characterises a 1950s retro style with sleek lines that embrace a painted stainless steel body. This excellence in design is coupled with state-of-the-art technology and high performance, guaranteeing a faultless operation every time.
