It has a mushroom shape with a rounded top that tapers downwards before broadening out at the bottom to form a circular base. It is made of durable matt galvanised or nickel polished. A thick sail rope on top of the base completes the look. The stool has been to resemble the kind of bollard that ships are attached to when docked.
