The Panarea 3675 Garden Armchair has been created by Michele Cazzaniga and Simone Mandelli for the brand Pedrali. Italian industrial designers Cazzaniga and Mandelli were students at design school before they became design partners. The duo combine their unique vision and abilities to create stand-out, unique pieces. The Panarea 3675 Garden Armchair that won them the 2021 Slovenia Product Design Award is one of them. It has a woven backrest that is inspired by the expanse of the Mediterranean coastline and the breeze rising from it to reach the occupant of the armchair sitting outside to enjoy the outdoors. The backrest is made of polypropylene cord that is woven by hand in Italy. The cord is wrapped around a frame made of galvanised tubular steel finished with a powder coating. To ensure it can stand up to the elements, the chair has cushions made of dry-feel polyurethane foam and covered with a removable cover made of waterproof fabric.
The Panarea 3675 Garden Armchair has a width of 62cm, a height of 75.5cm and a depth of 54cm. It has a seat height of 47cm. This comfortable and stylish armchair will have you spending much more time outdoors.
