Product description

The Mini Coupé 2201 Table Lamp has been created by Joe Colombo for the brand Oluce. First introduced in 1967, Coupé is now part of the MoMA permanent collection and won the 1968 International Design Award from the American Institute of Interior Designers. It's easy to see why. With its clever pivoting shade and stylish aesthetics, it effortlessly blends beauty and function.

The Mini Coupé 2201 Table Lamp is a smaller variant of the original model. It has a cup-shaped diffuser which attaches to a vertical column and is anchored by a round base. The diffuser connects to the column via a joint which allows the head to rotate and pivot into many positions - ideal for close paperwork. The shade is made from aluminium, while chrome steel has been used for the column and base.

The Mini Coupé 2201 Table Lamp measures 34cm high and both the base and shade have a diameter of 15cm. The shade and base have been finished in gorgeous tones, while the column is left unfinished. There is an on/off switch on the casing, while a black power cable comes attached. The lamp has an G9 socket. The light source is included in the delivery.
