Product description

The Snowball Table Lamp has been created by Trond Svendgård for the brand Northern. It is the designer's take on the classic Bauhaus lamp. It is a showcase of the Futurist and Cubist art styles from the 20th century.

The Snowball Table Lamp is made up of a unique play of shapes. It has a metallic round stem that is held steady by a two-layer base. It goes into a square-shaped base that sits on a rectangular one. At the top, it supports a spherical diffuser made of frosted, opal mouthblown glass. Its white colour makes it look like a snowball which is what inspired its name. It sits on a disc-shaped plinth that is finished to match the stem and base. The lamp casts a soft, white light all around.

The Snowball Table Lamp has a width of 10cm, a height of 41cm and a depth of 10cm. Its cable is 200cm long. Its light intensity can be adjusted via a dimmer switch. It comes in light and dark-coloured metallic finishes. A pair will look elegant on bedside tables. It will also add sophistication to a console table in the entryway or a side table in the living room. It uses a G9 socket.
