The Oslo Wood Floor Lamp Light Grey Base has been created by Ove Rogne for the brand Northern. Introduced in 2006, Oslo is a fine example of contemporary Norwegian design. Making imaginative use of Scandinavian materials, it has a stylish look and can be angled in multiple directions, making it both good-looking and adaptable.

The Oslo Wood Floor Lamp Light Grey Base has a cone-shaped shade and a tripod base. The shade is made from coloured chain link fabric and is mounted onto the base via a gimbal joint which allows it to rotate with ease. The base is made from slender steel and provides a solid anchor for the lamp no matter how the shade is directed.

Light passes through its thin surface, resulting in a soft, almost twilight-like glow. By angling the shade, the brightness can also be adapted to create different atmospheres. The Oslo Wood Floor Lamp Light Grey Base is 165cm high and 55cm wide, while the diffuser has a 26cm diameter. A dimmer is included and operates via a switch on the 200cm cable. The lamp requires a single bulb and the appropriate bulb with an E27 socket can be ordered under accessories.
