The Missing Armchair has been designed by Regular Company for the brand New Works. This Danish brand works with designers and artists who pay keen attention to detail and who are bold enough to experiment with new materials, forms and textures. The Missing Armchair is a chair with slim, minimal lines. On paper, it most likely looks like a simple line drawing. It has a narrow backrest made of moulded plywood and is curved inwards to form armrests. The chair's curved seat is also minimal. The chair rests on a frame made of tubular powder-coated steel. The long, narrow tubes made the seat and backrest look as if they are floating on the frame. This unique chair is the design company's take on the classic cafe chair. They have it light, minimal and comfortable. It is also stackable.
The Missing Armchair has a height of 78cm, a width of 54.5cm and a depth of 53cm. Its seat height is 46cm. It is available with a finish of lacquered oak, lacquered walnut or black lacquer. It is stackable, making for easy storage. This versatile chair can be used in homes around a dining and kitchen table as well as in commercial spaces such as restaurants and cafeterias.
