Material Floor Lamp Cork

The Material Floor Lamp Cork has been created by Nørgaard & Kechayas for the brand New Works. The use of cork is in keeping with the brand's policy to make use of natural, sustainable, eco-friendly production materials. It also gives the lamp a unique look because it is not a material commonly associated with lampshades.

The Material Floor Lamp Cork has a round shade made of cork that has been left natural for its unique beauty to be seen and appreciated. It can be pivoted which makes it possible to direct light precisely where it is needed. The shade is supported by a short arm that extends from a slim stem. The stem and the round base that anchors it and stabilises the lamp are both made of aluminium and finished with a dark powder coating.

The Material Floor Lamp Cork has a height of 125cm and a diameter of 23cm. Its PVC cable where the power switch is located has a length of 290cm. The base has a diameter of 23cm. The lamp cannot be dimmed unless a dimmable bulb is used. It comes in a light natural cork colour or a darker one made of mixed cork. It uses an E14 socket.
