Product description

The Visu chair with sled base was created in 2012 by Mika Tolvanen for the Danish label muuto.

The seat of the Visu chair with sled base is made of wood; the frame is made from stainless steel. The chair has cheerful colours and is the light, modern interpretation of the famous shell chair. Visu from muuto is a favourite piece and its design process took over two years. Designer Mika Tolvanen and muuto dealt repeatedly with each edge, every curve and every detail. The name Visu is based on the Finnish word for precision. For the different colour variations of the chair, see "product versions".
