Accent Dining Table

The Accent Dining Table has been created by Space Copenhagen for the brand Mater. Mixing the artful style of professional sculpture with the quality of handcrafted techniques, Accent will add a fresh touch to social spaces. Refined, strong and spacious, it will make family occasions even more enjoyable and be a fine hub around which to entertain friends.

The Accent Dining Table has a round table top made from oak wood. This upper surface has a diameter of either 110cm or 140cm, depending on which model is chosen, and both have a slightly raised rim around the circumference. Underneath, Space Copenhagen have added four slanted wooden legs which taper to a slender base and add harmony to the overall composition. The resulting fusion is both practical and attractive.

Various colours of Accent Dining Table are available, including sirka grey stained oak and a natural matt lacquered version. Both have a height of 73cm which should prove a convenient match for standard dining chairs. The economical design of the legs and their slanted arrangement also means that space below the surface is maximised. This makes the table more comfortable to use and gives it a light and ethereal appearance that will suit modern interiors.
