Product description

The Colibrì LED Floor Lamp has been created by Emiliana Martinelli for the brand Martinelli Luce. A fine example of contemporary Italian design, Colibri means 'hummingbird' in Italian. The series of small bulbs on this lamp's central spine recall images of birds hanging on branches, creating a visually rich scene while lighting homes extremely well.

The Colibrì LED Floor Lamp consists of a main column made from black anodised aluminium which is anchored by a circular aluminium base. Martinelli has added four nodes to the column. Each of these contains a light source and each can be rotated via cleverly constructed joints, allowing the lamp to focus on different parts of the room and modulate brightness levels easily.

The Colibrì LED Floor Lamp rises to a height of 170cm but has an extremely slimline form, with a diameter of just 2.5cm. The lamp comes with a 250cm long power cable which contains the on/off switch and connects directly to the base of the spine. It can create a brightness level of 1,000Lm, while the lamp weighs 7kg in total. The light sources are integrated into the design, completing a flexible, efficient, good-looking floor lamp that will play well all over the home.
