The Mini Planet LED Battery Lamp has been created by Tokujin Yoshioka for the brand Kartell. italian brand Kartell creates innovative, contemporary designs, working with creative talents from across the world such as Japan's Tokujin Yoshioka. This results in stunning collaborations, like the exotic and beautiful Mini Planet LED Battery Lamp.

This is a globe-shaped cordless lamp that is suitable for use indoors and out. When turned off, Mini Planet impresses with planet-like shade made from transparent or mass-coloured thermoplastic technopolymer. This shade has an uneven, ridged surface that enriches the light produced, while it sits on a round base made from polymethylmethacrylate. Light is cast through a set of hidden LEDs, and this lighting array can be recharged as desired. Thanks to its small size, the lamp is easy to port around, and it comes with a touch dimmer function that can be adjusted to three intensities.

When it is fully charged, the Mini Planet LED Battery Lamp can run for up to 21 hours. It has a height of 14.2cm and a diameter of 16cm and a weight of just 0.5kg, and the lamp comes in an appealing range of amber, crystal and smoke grey colours.
