A brilliant patent for all insatiable bookworms! Bookworm - the flexible shelf is justly called the most revolutionary bookshelf of all times! Designed by Ron Arad in the year 1994 for the Italian manufacturer Kartell, Bookworm is already known as a modern furniture classic.

It will take on any desired shape without losing stability or functionality. This special shelf can easily take a load of up to 10 kg on each element. The Bookworm 11 shown here features the measurements LxWxH 520x20x19 cm and 11 bookends. It is made of thermoplastic, solid-coloured PVC and is available in different colours, please see the "available product types" for details.

The flexible bookshelf is also available in other lengths with 7 or 17 bookends , found in the Bookworm "collection". Single bookends can be ordered in the "accessories & spare parts".
