Timber Garden Armchair

The Timber Garden Armchair has been created by Marcus Hofbauer for the brand Jan Kurtz. It has a design that is as simple as its name. It is basically an armchair made of timber that is designed for use in the garden and other exterior parts of a house.

The Timber Garden Armchair is made of teak that is sourced from Indonesia. The wood has been fashioned into equally sized planks that have been arranged vertically to form a mid-length backrest and well-sized seat. They have spaces in between that give the chair a light, airy look that works well outdoors. The backrest is slightly reclined backwards so you can really sit back and relax in this chair. Square-shaped frames on the sides of the seat form the armrests at the top and the base at the bottom.

The Timber Garden Armchair has a length of 86cm, a width of 59cm and a height of 65cm. Its seat height is 45cm. The chair can be used as it is or with a backrest and seat cushions that are available for sale separately. Both of them are padded and upholstered with outdoor fabric that can stand up to the weather elements. They come in neutral and bright colours.
