The HEY-SIGN Table Coaster Set Square was designed by Bernadette Ehmanns for the manufacturer HEY-SIGN. This German firm has been creating hand made pieces out of felt for over 15 years, developing a range of functional yet fun household goods and accessories. All of its pieces are made from 100% new sheep's wool and the firm has won multiple German Design and Interior Innovation awards. As well as designing many of its pieces, Bernadette Ehmanns also runs the company along with her partner Mathias Hey.

Measuring 40 x 40 cm and 5mm thick, the HEY-SIGN Table Coaster Set Square consists of 4 pieces. The design is simple and minimalist. This allows the attractive texture of the woollen felt to be the centre of attention and is also in keeping with the clean, fresh look of most contemporary table settings. The HEY-SIGN Table Coaster Set Square is a practical option too in that the soft woollen felt helps to keep table tops in pristine condition, protecting them against hot plates and hard-edged cutlery. These coasters come in a range of trend-conscious colours and other types of woollen felt coaster from HEY-SIGN are also available.
