The Rebar Coffee Table 80x84cm has been created by Sylvain Willenz for the brand HAY. It showcases the designer's knack for reimagining production materials and how they are combined and positioned. The result is an artistic piece that is as functional as it is aesthetic.

The Rebar Coffee Table 80x84cm has a rectangular tabletop made of polished marble. The stone has bevelled edges which enhances its natural, timeless beauty. The tabletop is set on a fully welded frame made of steel. The metal has been shaped into narrow bars with grooves detailed along the length. The tabletop is set directly on top of them which leaves the tops of the legs on show. There are also bars running from one end of the table to another and across it. They reinforce the table's strength and durability so that it can bear the weight of the marble. They also add a decorative detail of a pattern beneath the tabletop.

The Rebar Coffee Table 80x84cm has a length of 80cm, a width of 84cm and a height of 33cm. It comes with tabletops in neutral colours with frames that are finished to match them. Timeless marble and the different placement of the tabletop put this piece in a class of its own.
