Passerelle Desk

The Passerelle Desk has been created by Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec for the brand HAY. It is part of the Passerelle Collection that is inspired by Shaker furniture. It has been updated with modern features that make it ideal for contemporary living.

The Passerelle Desk is made of oak or walnut that is finished with water-based lacquer that has a minimal pollutant load. It has a rectangle-shaped tabletop that is made of laminate, veneer or linoleum. The core is made of strong, durable and lightweight Lisoscore. The tabletop is supported by a frame made of solid wooden legs. In place of the typical four legs at each corner, this table has planks of wood on either end. It stands steady on the ground thanks to curved wooden feet that anchor the planks. A crossbar made of steel and aluminium that runs across the legs enhances its strength and stability.

The Passerelle Desk has a width of 140cm, a height of 74cm and a depth of 65cm. It is available with a natural oak, walnut or dark water-lacquered frame. This multifunctional table can be used as a working desk or a dining table in homes and commercial spaces.
