The Palissade Lounge Sofa was designed by Erwan and Ronan Bouroullec for HAY.

Almost since the beginning in 2002, Danish brand HAY has been recognised as one of the most creative furniture design companies in Europe and beyond. Blending mid-century and modern designs, and enlisting the talents of some of the world's top designers including award-winning French brothers Erwan and Ronan Bouroullec, the company produces contemporary tables, chairs and accessories.

The Palissade Lounge Sofa, is an elegant outdoor seat that is suitable for both private and commercial settings. Strong, weather-resistant and built to last, the sofa is easily maintained and cleaned. The dimensions are 70 x 139 x 88 cm, and the sofa is surprisingly lightweight despite the frame and lamellas being made of top-grade steel tubing. The ergonomic design of the sofa means that it is comfortable to sit on even without cushions and the simplistic look makes it easy on the eye. Designed not to just look elegant and visually appealing but to be functional and comfortable, the Palissade Lounge Sofa is a modern classic and a worthwhile addition to any patio, balcony or garden.
