The Gräshoppa Suspension Lamp glossy has been created by Greta Magnusson Grossman for the brand Gubi. Its design is an evolution of the original which was conceived in 1947. It is part of the brand's Raissone 01 collection which is dedicated to relaunching iconic pieces that have been upgraded with modern features and functionality.

The Gräshoppa Suspension Lamp glossy has a shade with the distinctive shape of an elongated cone. It is a departure from the usual cone shape that adds a touch of whimsy to the lamp. It is made of steel that is finished with a glossy powder coating. The unique shade has a fabric cable that is covered by a brass-toned ring right above it that goes into a round canopy. It adds another subtle aesthetic detail.
