Product description

The Daumiller Dining Armchair has been created by Rainer Daumiller for the brand Gubi. Its design is inspired by the traditional Danish milk stool. The mission was to design a chair that represented the old with the craftsmanship and the new with graceful curves and arches.

The Daumiller Dining Armchair qualifies for the Sustainable Choice category with the FSC-certified radiata pine it is made of that is reinforced with steel. The wood is finished with low-pollutant water-based lacquer. The generously proportioned chair has a wide backrest that has an edge that circles and cradles the back. The curved edges also form the armrests. The seat follows the same contours. It has a rounded inner edge and an outer edge that has raised sides. The shell is supported by rounded, stout legs that support the weight of the chair and the user.

The Daumiller Dining Armchair has a width of 61.2cm, a height of 77.5cm and a depth of 48.6cm. Its seat height is 45.2cm, its armrest height is 64.9cm and its backrest height is 77.5cm. Every gathering around the table with these chairs will be a classic affair. When they are not in use, they will add vintage allure to the kitchen or dining area.
