Product description

The Basket Lounge Chair has been created by Joe Colombo for the brand Gubi. It is made for comfortable hours of outdoor lounging. Its frame gives it an outstanding, organic look and feel.

The Basket Lounge Chair gets its name from the natural rattan it is made of and the technique used to weave it. It is done by hand which causes barely noticeable differences between similar pieces. Apart from the weaving, the frame stands out with cutouts along the backrest and armrests that round, lumbar cushions fit into precisely. The seat has panelled cushions. The last panel on the outer edge of the seat is rounded; it resembles the backrest and armrest cushions. All of them are upholstered with premium quality fabric from the Dedar range. Rather than having a separate base, the frame extends all the way to the floor.

The Basket Lounge Chair has a width of 91cm, a height of 68cm and a depth of 89cm. It has a seat height of 43cm. It comes with neutral-coloured upholstery and a natural rattan frame. It will work well with a matching mid or full-sized sofa in the same collection.
