This world famous Kaiser Idell 6631 Luxus Table Lamp was created in 1931 by Christian Dell, one of the well-known Bauhaus masters and industrial designers.

He originally designed this Design Classic Kaiser Idell for the light factory Brothers Kaiser & Co..

Here you see the original Kaiser Idell 6631 Luxus Table Lamp, the flagship of the Kaiser Idell Lamps that was often used on detectives' desks on TV since the 1960 and thus often called the Detective's Lamp.

In the year 2010 manufacturer Fritz Hansen integrated the entire Kaiser Idell Collection with its Kaiser Idell Floor Lamps, Kaiser Idell Wall Lamps, Kaiser Idell Suspension Lamps, and Table Lamps into their product range. Discover the entire Kaiser Idell Lamp Collection by clicking "collection".

Special features of the precious Kaiser Idell 6631 Luxus Table Lamp are the slightly asymmetrical shade and the ball joint for ideal light navigation. Base and shade are lacquered by hand.
