The quality Taccia LED Table Lamp Plastic was designed by Achille & Pier Giacomo Castiglioni for the company Flos.

Flos which is the Latin word for "flower" had the idea for creating beautiful and original lighting in 1960, inspired by an existing furniture design company in Merano, Italy. The Castiglioni brothers were among the first designers to start the trend of reflected and indirect lighting at the company. The company aims to reinvent the idea of artificial lighting in the home.

The Taccia LED Table Lamp Plastic has a painted aluminium reflector to produce reflected light and a light diffuser made from transparent, mouth-blown glass. The body of the lamp is made of bronze or silver anodised aluminium. The lamp has a nickel-plated metal base. For convenience in the home, the electric cable is 200cm in length and has an on/off dimmer switch, allowing for adjustments to the flow of light from 10 to 100%. The cable has a plug-in power supply offering interchangeable plugs to suit any home. This stylish lamp is ideal for placing on a side table, desk, dining table or at the bedside.
