Product description

The Herman Chair has been created by Herman Studio for the brand ferm LIVING. The Danish design studio collaborated with ferm LIVING to design this chair that combines modern and traditional Nordic design elements. Herman Studio aspires to design pieces that tell a story and that are as practical as they are elegant. This was certainly achieved with the Herman Chair.The seat and backrest are made of FSC™-certified painted ash veneer. The backrest has a straight upper edge that curves inwards so that the backrest hugs the back. The curved edges form the armrests. The round seat also has graceful curves. The shell sits on a frame made of FSC™-certified painted solid ash. The frame has an X-shape base to which tubular legs with gliders underneath are attached.

The Herman Chair has a width of 45cm, a height of 75.5cm and a depth of 46.5cm. It has a seat height of 45cm. It is available in different finishes including black, warm grey and natural oak. With its clean lines and understated elegance, this chair can be used not only around a kitchen or dining table at home but also in commercial spaces such as restaurants and banquet halls.
