Product description

The J82 Lounge Armchair has been created by Jørgen Bækmark for the brand FDB Møbler. First created in 1963, it has a classic design that will never go out of fashion. Its design is based on the J80 collection that goes back to the 1950s.

The J82 Lounge Armchair has a high, wide backrest. It has spindles running down its length which is one of the most distinctive features of mid-century Danish design. The seat below is also generously sized. Another distinctive feature is the weaving finished with paper yarn. This delicate weave pattern paired with the oak or beech frame gives the chair a natural, inviting look. At either side of the seat are armrests that are curved and also have those distinctive spindles. The shell is supported by a frame that is made of rounded legs and spindles that form a backrest.

The J82 Lounge Armchair has a width of 76.6cm, a height of 84.7cm and a depth of 63.4cm. It has a seat height of 36cm and an armrest height of 60cm. It is available in a natural or painted finish. Seat cushions are available for purchase separately.
