Product description

The Vogt Model 1563 Stool has been created by Klaus Vogt for the brand Embru. Interestingly, it was designed in 1963 but only went into production very recently. It remains relevant thanks to the timelessness of its design.

The Vogt Model 1563 Stool has a round wooden seat that is made of beech, oak or birch wood. The seat is anything but the usual round shape though. It has cutouts that are shaped into triangles to accommodate the stool's legs. They have an intricate shape of a tapered cone that narrows down into a point that has a glider underneath. Another unusual detail about this stool is that it has three rather than the customary four legs. The legs are made of sheet steel and finished with powder coating.

The Vogt Model 1563 Stool has a height of 45cm and a diameter of 41.5cm. It is available with a dark-stained beech, natural oak or natural birch seat that is supported by a bright or neutral-coloured frame. It is a versatile piece that can be used in different ways including as a side table or a bedside table. It can also be used to hold decorative pieces such as potted plants or flowers in a vase.
