Homage to Mondrian Cabinet

The Homage to Mondrian Cabinet has been created by Shiro Kuramata for the brand Cappellini. Its design is inspired by the work of pioneer abstract expressionism artist Piet Mondrian which is why it is so-named. His paintings have often been transposed onto wood with stunning results.

The Homage to Mondrian Cabinet is made of medium-density fibre conglomerate panels. They are finished with matte lacquer.
